Part-time and full-time positions available Adelaide, South Australia

About this role

As a Registered Nurse at Nurse Aid Australia, you will provide clinical oversight, nursing assessments, medication management, and complex care procedures across our participant cohort. You will be the clinical anchor for your team — the person support workers escalate to, the person who builds and reviews clinical protocols, and the person who ensures our participants receive safe, evidence-based care.

You will work with participants who have complex clinical presentations — acquired brain injury, dementia, high intensity support needs, psychosocial disability, and more. You will have genuine clinical responsibility, not just a supervisory title. NAA is building its clinical capability and this role has real scope to shape how we deliver nursing-led disability support.

What we are looking for

  • AHPRA registration (RN, EN)
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Medication competency
  • Manual Handling
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Orientation certificate
  • Hand Hygiene certificate
  • Infection Prevention certificate
  • Flu vaccination
  • Visa / Citizenship / Passport copy
  • Driver's Licence + access to a registered, insured car

What you get working at NAA

Clinical training provided
In-house training and participant-specific competency development. We invest in building your capability — not just onboarding you.
Nursing-led oversight
AHPRA-registered nurses provide clinical oversight across all supports. You have clear escalation pathways and clinical backing.
Meaningful, complex work
The participants we support are often overlooked. The work is demanding and the outcomes are real.
Adelaide-based and stable
We operate across Adelaide with a growing portfolio of SIL properties. We are building for the long term — and so can you.
