About this role
As a Registered Nurse at Nurse Aid Australia, you will provide clinical oversight, nursing assessments, medication management, and complex care procedures across our participant cohort. You will be the clinical anchor for your team — the person support workers escalate to, the person who builds and reviews clinical protocols, and the person who ensures our participants receive safe, evidence-based care.
You will work with participants who have complex clinical presentations — acquired brain injury, dementia, high intensity support needs, psychosocial disability, and more. You will have genuine clinical responsibility, not just a supervisory title. NAA is building its clinical capability and this role has real scope to shape how we deliver nursing-led disability support.
