Founder & Executive Director
Usha Gurung
Usha Gurung is the Founder and Executive Director of Nurse Aid Australia and a Registered Nurse with more than fifteen years of experience across acute care, aged care, palliative care, community nursing, and disability support. Originally from Nepal and now based in Adelaide, Usha founded Nurse Aid Australia in 2020 on the belief that participants with complex needs deserve support that meets them where they are — with dignity, patience, and genuine clinical capability.

Head of Clinical Operations
Govinda Rana
Govinda Rana leads clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management across NAA's NDIS services. A Registered Nurse with AHPRA and over 15 years of experience across healthcare, aged care, and disability support, Govinda holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Nursing (Flinders University), Bachelor of Education, and Bachelor of Science (Honours), along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He has held senior clinical leadership roles including Clinical Nurse Manager and led a Federal Government–funded Palliative Care Improvement Project.

Intake and Business Development Officer
Lisa Trimboli
Lisa Trimboli brings clinical insight and deep personal understanding to her role as Intake and Business Development Officer. A Registered Nurse with lived experience supporting her daughter through the NDIS, Lisa works closely with participants, families, clinicians, and service coordinators to ensure referrals are handled with care, transparency, and purpose. For Lisa, this work is more than a career.

Compliance Coordinator
Kelly McIntosh
Kelly McIntosh is an Enrolled Nurse with 20 years of clinical experience across country hospitals and general practice. As Compliance Coordinator, Kelly oversees NAA's adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements — working closely with staff to monitor compliance, implement best practices, and ensure consistent, safe service delivery across all supports.

Service and Welfare Coordinator
Harsimran Kaur
Harsimran Kaur holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Community Services) and leads the coordination and management of client supports at NAA. She undertakes comprehensive assessments, develops tailored support plans, and facilitates access to health, community, and welfare services — working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure services are integrated, responsive, and aligned with individual goals.

Operations & People Manager
Gurwinder Singh
Gurwinder Singh ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations across Nurse Aid Australia. He leads HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and staff support, and drives operational efficiency across budgets, IT, service agreements, and facility management. Through his role, Gurwinder builds the systems and team capability that allow NAA to deliver high-quality services consistently.
