Our Approach

Daily living support for participants with complex needs

Supporting a participant with complex disability is not the same as standard daily living support. Nurse Aid Australia takes a proactive clinical approach — with 24/7 nursing oversight, participant-specific staff training, and regular clinical review. This allows us to identify concerns early and respond before they escalate.

  • 24/7 nursing support available — clinical guidance whenever it is needed
  • Extensive in-house and participant-specific training for all support workers
  • Regular review of participant needs — clinical, behavioural, and physical
  • Early identification of health and support concerns
  • Support workers hold Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, with additional in-house training
  • Both 1:1 and group support available depending on participant goals and funding

1:1 and group support

From A Service Coordinator

From my experience, their carers show genuine compassion and go above and beyond to understand each participant's individual needs. The team is highly professional — clear communication, strong data collection, and thorough attention to detail. I would highly recommend NAA as a SIL and care provider.
